If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines our refunds, returns, exchanges and cancellations policy. By processing your payment with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and returns of your purchase.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • The Australian Consumer Law governs the decisions made by Elegant Beauty & Brows in regards to refunding a product and/or service.
  • If a product or service is faulty, it may either be replaced or refunded, which will be at our discretion. There will be no refunds for a change of mind. A refund is provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty). Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase or delivery, except when an item is faulty and covered by a warranty period. Returns must also be approved by our Sales team prior to being sent back to us.
  • You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item unless deemed faulty. 
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve any items that Elegant Beauty & Brows deem to be in unacceptable condition on return (unless faulty) or outside of the mentioned timeframe. We will not pay to return items in unacceptable condition. Elegant Beauty & Brows takes no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest that you send them via registered and tracked post / freight.
  • Services and treatments are not transferable to other salons or individuals.
  • We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation.
  • Certain services may require a deposit, at Elegant Beauty & Brows’ discretion. If a deposit is obtained and you cancel more than 48 hours before the appointment,  you will receive a refund of your deposit, however, if you do not cancel before that 48 hour time frame and you do not attend your booked appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and treatment or service.
  • Some services or products may not be suitable for you. Elegant Beauty & Brows staff will exercise all care and skill when providing their service, however, you are responsible for determining whether the service or product is right for you.
  • Prior to a treatment or service, you are required to disclose, upon request by Elegant Beauty & Brows staff, any personal factors which may affect your treatment or service, by completing a consent form. This will apply to all new clients and existing clients.
  • If a physical reaction occurs after a treatment is performed, Elegant Beauty & Brows may provide a refund. This will be judged on a case by case basis and we must be informed of the reaction within 48 hours of the treatment being performed. Where reasonable, Elegant Beauty & Brows reserves the right to request medical certification outlining provided treatment services as the cause of reaction, before processing a refund.

 

Gift Vouchers

  • Bookings are required for any services redeemed that are not part of our walk-in services menu.
  • Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash back on unredeemed amounts.
  • If you wish to regift your voucher to someone who’s name is not listed on the voucher please contact us and let us know so we can attach their details to the voucher in our systems. This is important for protecting lost and stolen vouchers.
  • Gift vouchers expire 12 months from the purchase date.
